High quality glossy card stock with four-color printing and Aqueous coating. Circular hub holds CD on central panel; optional literature pocket on inside cover.

Customized throughout with your logo and message, including the disc. Ships in four to six weeks from art approval. Shipping not included. Art set up fee $400.
